Bond&FILL® STRUCTURAL™

Remove cap from cartridge and replace with disposable mixing nozzle. Squeeze trigger to fill mixing nozzle... then apply as needed. Once glued surfaces have been positioned and contact is made, do not open bond. When finished, remove cartridge from applicator, and remove disposable nozzle. Tap base of cartridge on hard surface to help remove adhesive from nozzle head. Replace cartridge cap after use. Store in cool area. IMPORTANT, once glued surfaces have been positioned and contact is made, do not open bond. Leave clamped for 15 minutes.

Bond&FILL® FOR PAINTERS™

Application area must be dry. Remove any loose surface materials, oil or grease. Product and surface temperatures must be 40ºF or higher. Unscrew tip and trim end of cartridge nozzle, replace tip and apply, ensuring full contact with surfaces. If necessary, tool immediately for good mechanical adhesion and appearance. Once cured, residue may be removed by sanding or scraping. Bond&Fill™ FOR PAINTERS™ is paintable after skin formation.

Bond&FILL® FLEX™

Application area must be dry. Remove any loose surface materials, oil or grease. Product and surface temperatures must be 40ºF or higher. Trim nozzle, puncture inner seal and apply ensuring full contact with surfaces. If necessary, tool immediately for good mechanical adhesion and concave appearance. Once cured, any residue may be removed by scraping. Bond&Fill™ FLEX™ is paintable.

Bond&FILL® TrimSTICK™

Application area must be dry. Remove any loose surface materials, oil or grease. Cut or twist off required amount and mix in your palms and/or fingers to a uniform color. To fill nail holes, apply putty to the nail hole with your fingers or putty knife within ten minutes of mixing. When repairing PVC trim-board, apply putty to the damaged area with your finger of putty knife within ten minutes of mixing. Remove excess material with putty knife before hardening begins. For best results, use damp fingers or putty knife for easier application and a smooth appearance of the cured compound. Bond&Fill TrimSTICK has a 20 – 25 minute work life. After 2 – 3 hours, nail holes or damaged PVC trim-boards can be sanded and/or painted.
