What is the Work Life of Bond&Fill Structural? Bond&Fill Fast Cure has a work life of 5 to 8 minutes
Bond&Fill Slow Cure has a work life of 45 to 60 minutes
Is Bond&Fill Structural strong? Bond&Fill Structural has a shear strength of 3,214 PSI giving it much greater strength than PVC cement.
Will Bond&Fill Structural yellow? No, Bond&Fill is formulated with UV inhibitors to prevent yellowing.
Will Bond&Fill Structural freeze? No, Bond&Fill will not freeze, however, the cure time may be slowed in temperatures below 40° F. In temperatures above 75° F the cure time may be reduced.
What materials will Bond&Fill Structural bond to? Bond&Fill Structural will bond to PVC trim and mouldings, vinyl, metal, wood, concrete, virtually any surface except for glass.
Can I use Bond&Fill Structural to laminate PVC boards to each other? Yes, Bond&Fill is ideal for laminating PVC trimboards together where thicker boards are required.
Can I use Bond&Fill Structural to join split fiberglass columns together? Yes, Bond&Fill Structural is excellent for this application.
Is Bond&Fill Structural Paintable? Yes, Bond&Fill Structural can be painted with a high quality 100% acrylic latex paint
What is the coverage of a cartridge of Bond&Fill Structural? A 1.6 oz cartridge will yield an 1/8” bead 249” long or 20.75 lineal feet
A 8.1 oz cartridge will yield an 1/8” bead 1,194” long or 99.5 lineal feet
The adhesive in the nozzle has hardened, can the nozzle be re-used? No, once the material has hardened in the mixing nozzle it cannot be cleaned out and a new nozzle is required. Once in the nozzle the adhesive has the same set up time as when applied to a surface.
Bond&Fill FLEXWhat is Bond&Fill FLEX? Bond&Fill FLEX is a extremely flexible, adhesive sealant specially formulated for expansion and contraction joints in PVC trim. FLEX remains flexible from -40° F to 248° F.
How long does FLEX take to cure? Bond&Fill FLEX will fully cure within 12 to 24 hours
Will Bond&Fill FLEX yellow? Bond&Fill FLEX is non-yellowing and has a high UV resistance
Is Bond&Fill FLEX paintable? Yes, Bond&Fill FLEX can be painted with a high quality 100% acrylic latex paint

How do I clean-up Bond&Fill FLEX? Uncured FLEX may easily be removed from hands and tools with soap and water. Cured materials should be removed from surfaces by mechanical means such as a scraper or putty knife. Care must be taken to avoid damage to adjacent areas.
Bond&Fill FOR PAINTERSWhat is Bond&Fill FOR PAINTERS? Bond&Fill FOR PAINTERS was developed as a nail hole and gap filler for all PVC products.
How long does it take to cure? Bond&Fill FOR PAINTERS will fully cure within 12 to 24 hours

Is Bond&Fill FOR PAINTERS sandable? Yes, FOR PAINTERS is sandable after curing. FOR PAINTERS will cure harder than most conventional caulks however it will remain slightly “tacky”. When sanding, a power orbital or palm sander is recommended, hand sanding will result in “drag” on the paper due to the tackiness of the product.
